Paradise beach at Kefalos
Located on the island’s south-west coast, this heavenly beach has rightly earned its name. Fine white sand, clean shallow water and a perfect orientation towards the magnificent Greek sunsets, Paradise beach is always full of people enjoying its welcoming water, variety of water sports and gorgeous views from the cafes and tavernas that line the beach. The 33 kilometers that separate it from the city of Kos are never a deterrent for any visitor.
Helona beach
Helona beach at Kardamena – Kos. Awarded the coveted Blue Flag in 2013 for its high-quality standards, Helona beach is simply magical. Crystal-clear, sparkling blue waters endlessly caress the golden sand along this well-organized beach that offers sun chairs and umbrellas. Calm and laid-back, Helona is yet another blessed spot along the beautiful coastline of the island of Kos.
Cavo Paradiso beach in Kefalos
A peaceful, tranquil, isolated. Cavo Paradiso beach is a well-kept secret on the island south coast. Its turquoise waters, fine golden sand and beauty almost untouched by human hands lend a wild yet welcoming air to this pristine bay. Limited umbrellas and sun chairs.
Tigaki
Tigaki is one of the most popular resorts on Kos thanks to its long beach of perfectly fine sand. Like many of the beaches on Kos, it is so soft it almost feels like ash. The beach is organised near the resort but extends out in either direction overall it is around 10km long.
Agios Stefanos
Agios Stefanos also in the Bay of Kefalos is one of the most unique beaches on Kos. It has the requisite golden sand and blue seas, but on top of that it also boasts the scenic ruins of an ancient Christian basilica. A short distance offshore is Kastri, a small and photogenic islet with a blue-roofed church.
