From sunrise to sunset, you can indulge in three signature menus, including a sumptuous Greek breakfast and beyond, sophisticated light meals and tantalising dinner options.

Sip in our handcrafted cocktails such as Minuet, Eastside Gimlet, Whisky Highball or squeeze the moment with a sip of simple pleasures with a Bellini or Cucumber Spritz right after work, a vibing date or before your next adventure. The list includes among others: the Greek “Tiki Margarita” based on Agioneri of Tsililis, Ziggy where Opurist combines very nicely with gentian and pineapple, Amber Negroni based on Dry River and Veroni Rosso while in the spirit list, you can taste, among others, the amazing Plantae from Syros, Lost Lake from Petra Boiotias and Manifesto from Thessaly etc.
Within the premises of Amber Cellar, you will find the art piece of the leading Greek artist, Konstantin Kakanias, a wall painting inspired by the history of the building, the METAXA spirit, the local culture, arts and philosophy, conveying the joy of togetherness.
