AWAKEN YOUR INNER SELF

Your inner self is who you really are on the inside. To know your inner self is to know your purpose, values, vision, goals, motivations and beliefs. Not what you have been told by others, but what you have discovered for yourself. Knowing your inner self requires a high level of introspection and self-awareness and inner self-meditation.

Remembering who you are
They say in metaphysics that everything you manifest in your life is from the inside first and then appears in the outer world of your experience. As within, so without. One key to a better life is to create a list of our most valuable goals, beliefs, important values that align with the life we want. There are seven primary values that constitute the essence of living from our heart that when expressed in our daily lives enable us to function as a portal to our innermost self or soul energy, they are Appreciation, Compassion, Forgiveness, Humility, Understanding, and Valor.

 

Start your journey process by discovering yourself
Do some research on these six values and contemplate the timeline of your life so far. Where did you excel in these values and whare did you fall short in your life so far? This will allow you to understand how you can make a real effort for improvement and begin the inner journey process of living an authentic life.

 

Find ballance between your inner and outer life
Understanding these six values and where they fit into your life will help you clearly see where the imbalance is. Be compassionate with your self, let go of the past and start anew right now, today and move forward. Remind yourself often that by living your life according to the six values, you can create self-motivation and drive in quiet reflection and deep meditation. It is important to find a way to immerse yourself in solitude and meditation each day if possible.

 

 

Create your own self power
When you learn to meditate you are clearing your mind so that you can concentrate on manifesting the world you want to live in.
