
FETA CHEESE POPS

For the feta cheese balls with chives
Ingredients
250g feta cheese
100g Domokos’s katiki cheese
Chives well chopped
Method
- Mix with your hands the feta, katiki until they form an even mixture.
- Shape balls of cheese and roll them to the chives.
For the feta rolls with mint
Ingredients
200g feta cheese
100g manouri cheese
100g cream cheese
Mint
Spring roll wrappers
Method
- Mix again evenly, with your hands, the feta cheese, cream cheese, manouri.
- Fill in the spring roll wrappers with the cheese mixture and wrap and twist them.
- Cook in a frying pan to 180°C for some minutes.
For the crispy feta balls
Ingredients
250g feta cheese
100g cream cheese
100g “anthotiro” soft and creamy Greek cheese
1 tea spoon sweet paprika
3 eggs
100g flour
100g panko bread crumbs
Method
- One more time, mix with your hands the feta cheese, cream cheese, anthotiro and paprika until they form an even texture.
- Shape in balls.
- First roll the balls in the flour, then place them in the eggs mixture.
- Last but not least, roll them in the panko bread crumbs.
- In a frying pan, cook to 180°C for a couple of minutes.
