All day long, our guests can also quench their hunger with our burger or souvlaki bites, the ouzeri, creperie or healthy corners, while sweet delights can be found in our pastry corners and our gelaterias.

Starting from the themed restaurants of the Mitsis Premium Collection, Alila, Blue Domes and Laguna, as well as the recently refurbished restaurants in Norida (Fish, Japanese and Grill), Summer Palace Med restaurant and Rinela’s Taverna, our group has appointed one of the most famous resto-critics in Greece, Mr. Dimitris Antonopoulos, to evaluate and further modernize the à la carte cuisines of our hotel chain.
The project, currently in progress, aims to bring the chain’s premium restaurants sur measure with the international traveler’s most demanding palate.
The task to renew and elevate to excellence over 30 restaurants in every aspect of fine dining, from raw materials to the art of serving, is quite challenging. A devotee of vivid colorfulness, a member of the revolutionary Culinary Organization Slow Food, an admirer of Feran Adria, Mr. Antonopoulos aspires to apply molecular reconstruction to our cuisine!
