Tour of Crete
On May 12th 2019, bike riders from all over the world will come together for the fourth edition of “The Tour of Crete” to challenge themselves in this unique odyssey of distance, geography, climate and culture of Crete.
The island warmly welcomes riders of all levels ranging from semi-professional cyclists looking for an ideal training opportunity, regional amateur champions, cycling lovers who love endurance group rides, but also beginners who want to step up to the challenge and discover Crete on two wheels, village by village, stage by stage.

Athens Jazz Festival
Since 2001, Athens Technopolis Jazz Festival is organized at the end of spring, early summer, marking the initiation of the concert season for Athens and attracting more than 6,000 visitors per day. The city’s most long-lived music institution hosts every year various jazz trends brought on stage by the most representative bands from all over the world, with an international career and recognition, while admission to the public is always free.
This year, Athens Technopolis Jazz Festival has grown, enriched, came refreshed and full of music surprises, returns from May 27th to June 2nd!
Medieval Rose Festival 2019
The medieval times were revived inside the Old Town of Rhodes and each visitor became acquainted with unknown aspects of the island’s folk tradition. The “Medieval Rose” is a non-governmental, non-profit association, with the ambitious but realistic aim of organizing an annual Medieval Festival within the walls of the Medieval Town of Rhodes – the best preserved, while continuously inhabited, surrounded by walls and moat, medieval town in the world (monument of cultural and architectural world heritage – UNESCO 1988).
This year, from May 31st to June 2nd, you can be part of this cross-cultural event, which includes street theatre, juggling, live medieval music, historical dances, storytelling, puppetry, games, art workshops, exhibitions, conventions.
10th Festival οf Traditional Dances
Dance to the rhythm of the 10th festival of traditional dances will take place at the Medieval Moat Theatre “Melina Mercouri” in Rhodes on June 1-2.
Dances from Rhodes, Thessalia, Chios, Ikaria, Macedonia, Thrace, Pontus and Romania will be presented during the festival and the entrance is free for all.
Matala Beach Festival
A journey in time with a lot of music and lively happenings, Matala beach festival 2019 will begin next to the caves of Matala, on the edge of the sea, where dance and joy will give a dynamic presence on June 20-22.
