Training, education and bonding come first at Mitsis Hotels; it’s part of our philosophy to constantly evolve and invest in our people. The annual meet up takes place at Mitsis Grand Hotel on the island of Rhodes, with the participation of our CEO, General and Assistant Hotel Managers, along with F&B Managers, the Accounting department and the headquarters’ administrative staff.
Mitsis Hotels Managing Director Mr. Stavros Mitsis opened the seminar referring to the new face of tourism and Mitsis Hotels’ vision for hospitality excellence.

The agenda includes several educational and training seminars; General Management, Assistant and F&B Managers introduction to new service ideas by Sommet Education, the greatest education group of Switzerland, specialised in hospitality management and the culinary arts, committed to delivering an exceptional student experience and developing future talent for the experience industry.
Interbrand, world’s greatest branding consultancy will present a new Brand Strategy & Photo Identity for Mitsis Hotels, giving a new impetus to the Group’s unique positioning and consistent imagery across all channels on the global tourism industry.
Human resources functions and Standard Operating Procedures, as well as Accounting, Financial and Budgeting, Health & Safety issues and strategic pillars were also key points at the seminar.
