Guests are often encouraged, right after their holidays, to visit different websites in order to rate and review the hotels they had visited. We have all heard that “our opinion is valuable” and that “our feedback is needed for a hotel’s facilities and services to be improved”. Well… that is true, but the recognition coming from guests’ submitted ratings and reviews has one more significance: at the end of every season, the hotels that surpassed their guests’ expectations based on reviews are being awarded by the most popular travel-related websites.

Mitsis Hotels have traditionally been included in the preferences of the most demanding travellers.

All Mitsis Hotels scored higher than 8 out of 10 in the Guest Review Award by Booking.com and in particular Mitsis Lindos Memories Resort & Spa reached an incredible 9.4 out of 10.

Nine Mitsis Hotels have been awarded with Trip Advisor’s certificate of excellence for 2017. All Premium Hotels (Alila Resort & Spa, Blue Domes Resort & Spa, Laguna Resort & Spa and Lindos Memories Resort & Spa) as well as Family Village Beach Hotel, Norida Beach Hotel, Petit Palais Beach Hotel, Ramira Beach Hotel and Rodos Maris Resort & Spa won a place in their guests’ hearts. Two hotels in Rhodes, Rodos Maris Resort & Spa and Rodos Village Beach Hotel & Spa, as well as Blue Domes Resort & Spa in Kos received the Traveler’s Choice award 2018 by Trip Advisor.

Alila Resort & Spa and Faliraki Beach Hotel & Spa in Rhodes and Blue Domes Resort & Spa and Norida Beach Hotel in Kos have been honored with the Holiday Check award for 2018.

The list does not end here, as Rinela Beach Resort & Spa and Faliraki Beach Hotel & Spa won the Gold Zoover award for 2017 and Rodos Village Beach Hotel has been recognized by Jet tours for 2017. Rinela Beach Resort & Spa and Norida Beach Hotel are TUI Family Champions for 2018, while Norida Beach Hotel and Alila Resort & Spa also own the TUI Top Quality award for 2018.
