MITSIS HOTELS’ REFORESTATION PROJECTS FOR 2021
We respect, preserve and showcase the valuable natural resources of our unique destinations, granting future generations their right to an unspoiled natural environment and the conditions for their own prosperity. ‘LIFE, our green project’, provides the framework for the adoption and implementation of responsible policies, practices and initiatives to minimise our ecological footprint and maximise our conservation efforts.
This September, Mitsis Hotels organised and implemented a reforestation project on the island of Kos! Our hotels Blue Domes, Family Village, Norida, Ramira and Summer Palace all contributed to the replanting that took place in the Kardamena area.
Similar initiatives are currently being organised for Crete and Rhodes, aiming to further support the biodiversity and ecosystems of our special destinations.
