
MITSIS HOTELS SEMINARS 2019
On March 2019, a lot of educative seminars, excellent master classes and meaningful meetings took place to provide our people enriching information and tips, in order to provide our guests high quality hospitality, impeccable services and unique experiences.
Beginning from one of the hospitality essentials, Housekeeping and in order to upgrade its art, all of our Housekeeping departments completed on March 6, a two-day training seminar at Mitsis Grand Hotel in Rhodes.
Following this, from March 13 to 15, the creative Chefs of Mitsis Hotels group successfully completed a three-day master class concerning the new trends on cold and hot buffet by Ducasse Education-ENSP and chef instructor Aly Dioum. The training took place at Sofitel Athens Airport and organized by Gastronomy Essentials. So, stay tuned and get ready for new culinary adventures!
Last but not least, on March 20 to 21, reservations and front office workshops took place at Mitsis Grand Hotel in Rhodes, showcasing tips, best practices, inspirational presentations, revenue management, marketing innovations and the new Mitsis Friends Club.
