Ongoing education
We provide an ecosystem of training programmes and seminars to support our employees at every stage of their career and development within our organisation. This ongoing education process is designed to focus on individual performance that in turn results in higher team performance. The importance of effective training has continuously grown over the last year of the pandemic while extensive work was undertaken by our staff, focusing on their personal growth and pledging the Group’s evolution.
Extensive training programmes
People’s education plays a key role in our organisation’s excellence. Every year, we develop a well-organised training plan for all employees, which includes various topics taking into consideration the requirements of our hotels’ operations. In our effort to provide a 360o approach to our training programme, we cooperate with external experts such us EY ZHN Greece, Treasure Lab and others, or run training sessions internally, either remotely or in person. As of this, last month a series of training sessions of more than 150 hours were completed at Sofitel Athens Airport, including housekeeping, reservations, front-office management along with upgraded F&B offering and services.
