MITSIS UPGRADED BAR SERVICE
Earning day by day the title of the best Hotelier Food & Beverage, over the past season, we have invested into bringing the best out of our bars. After lots of research in best practices and connoisseur techniques, we handcrafted a whole new bar culture, specially designed according to our guests’ fresh needs and preferences.
Influenced by historical bar recipes, local products and cultural differences, we defined our alcoholic and non-alcoholic kind of mood.
Our upgraded bar service is not confined to new drinks list, coffee selections, signature cocktails, healthy recipes, international premium spirits and wine selections from Greek & international vineyards for all of our venues (bars, restaurants, room service).
With our minds behind the bar, we focused on the quality of ingredients, consistency, gastronomy combinations, new equipment and mixology techniques. With our hearts in front of the bar, we paid attention to detail, garnishes, beautiful presentation, music and guest mood to produce a unique Mitsis atmosphere.
