It defines your physical, mental and social wellbeing. Good health is central to handling stress and living a long and active life. It refers not only to the absence of disease, but the ability to recover and bounce back from illness and other problems. Replace the word “failing” with the word “learning.” When you make a mistake or fall short of a goal, you haven’t failed; you’ve learned. Take risks, think realistically about time and effort and make a new goal for every goal accomplished. Last but surely not least, learn to share and celebrate your growth with others.
