SAFE RESTART CERTIFICATION

With the well-being of our guests and employees as our top priority, all of our health and safety measures and procedures, at all our hotels, across each and every department and hotel operation, have been evaluated and certified by TÜV Hellas (TÜV Nord), Greece’s leader in the field of Inspection – Certification, offering prestigious, reliable and added-value services.

The Safe Restart service has been created in full compliance with the applicable National Legislative Requirements and Guidelines and Recommendations and guidelines of the World Health Organization and the European Union and takes place only in hotels that are operating normally.

Alila, Blue Domes, Galini, Rinela and Sofitel Athens Airport that already reopened their doors for season 2020 were evaluated by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) based on Safe Restart service, offered by the certification carrier.

The same evaluation is expected for Rodos Maris Resort & Spa, that will welcome back its guests on August 8th. The evaluation of Mitsis Hotels group is an outcome of a long term cooperation with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD), which has already certified some hotels according to the Food Safety Management System ISO 22000: 2018 and the Environmental Management System ISO 14001: 2015 and has carried out the starring inspections in all of them.
