STAY FIT & HEALTHY AT HOME
Keep track of the water you drink each day. If necessary, set your alarm every hour to remember to drink another glass until you reach the daily goal of at least 1.5 lt. You may replace the water with different kinds of tea to make it a bit more interesting.
Maybe the time is right to upgrade your cooking skills. Open that cooking book you have since forever in your library or watch recipes on YouTube. Don’t forget to eat fruits and vegetables and even if you are not a big fan, try creating smoothies. This is the perfect period to experiment in your kitchen as much as possible!
Try exercising at least 3-4 times per week. Not much is needed! There are so many fitness videos you will be able to find online where no equipment is necessary. So, there is literally no excuse at all to avoid exercising even while being indoors.
You may put your favourite music on and dance- no one is watching! Practice yoga for the first time without worrying if you might look ridiculous to the others. This is your opportunity to try new things, don’t let it go away!
