Ingredients
1 banana
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 cups frozen peach slices
3 – 3 1/2 cups cold green tea unsweetened
Method
Add the banana, frozen raspberries, frozen peach slices and cold unsweetened green tea to your blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve with some fresh mint leaves as a garnish.
Cranberry Citrus Smoothie
Ingredients
3 oranges peeled
1/2 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
1/2 banana frozen
1/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with leftover orange peels, if desired.
Yogurt Berry Parfait Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup plain and unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon almond butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Method
Add all ingredients into a high-power blender and blend until smooth. You can add a little more almond milk or water if you find the smoothie is too thick.
