Rewarding our employees of the month
Since 2022, we have established a rewards program that involves recognizing employees for achieving excellence and being a leading example for all Mitsis Employees. Each month, the Management of each hotel nominates the employees of the month based on our core values and special achievements within their teams and our guests. We recognize their hard work and passion for hospitality, and we communicate it across all of our hotels. The employees of the month have a variety of 6 alternative winning prizes to choose from, tailored to what they treasure most. During the award ceremony, the awarded employees receive a special award, diploma and a badge which they have on them during the whole month of their nomination until they pass it on to the next winner.
We provide an ecosystem of training programmes and seminars to support our employees at every stage of their career and development within our organisation. This ongoing education process is designed to focus on individual performance that in turn results in higher team performance. People’s education plays a key role in our organisation’s excellence. Every year, we develop a well-organised training plan for all employees, which includes various topics taking into consideration the requirements of our hotels’ operations.
