What is the Women’s Health Camp?
Sun, sports and fun! That is what the Women’s Health CAMP promises. Enjoy a varied week focused on wellness, nutrition, and fitness. Day after day, you have access to more than 50 different sports, fitness, and nutrition programs, including functional training, power yoga, and fat-burning routines. Every day, you can create your own unique training plan, whether your goals are to increase muscle mass, get in peak physical condition, unwind, or try something new. The goal of the Camps is that you return from this fitness week strengthened and full of energy and inspiration. Very important: The Women’s Health CAMP is suitable for women of all fitness levels! No matter if you have been doing sports for years or if you just want to get into a fitter lifestyle – every participant is welcome and in good hands. We want to show you a sporty and healthy lifestyle.
